We’re part of the change

At Moventis, we want to play an active role in the move to decarbonised mobility, but we also know we can’t do it on our own.

Within the company, we have kicked off an ambitious plan to reduce our carbon footprint.

A roadmap based on three lines of work:

Urban fleet decarbonisation plan

We are progressively updating our fleet with hybrid, electric and natural-gas models. Our goal is to be carbon-neutral by 2035 and we’ve invested €184m towards this in from 2020 to 2025.

Efficient energy management

We’ve installed over 1,563 solar panels with output of 851,840 kWp, all our facilities are equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting and all the power used in our centres today is from renewable sources.

The relative carbon footprint per employee fell by 14% in 2024 when compared with 2023.

Biomethane, key to advancing towards a circular economy

We are pioneers in biomethane certifications and fully committed to accelerating its implementation in the transportation sector.
