Moventis is continuously working to improve the accessibility of its website and make it easier for everyone to use.
Scope

Regarding content or functionality provided by third parties, exceptions established in applicable regulations will be taken into account. Moventia also works with its external suppliers to progressively improve the accessibility of content and functionality integrated into its website.
Accessibility Status
A process to review and improve the website’s accessibility is currently underway.
The review conducted so far has been automated; therefore, this statement is provisional. Once the necessary checks are complete, appropriate corrective measures will be evaluated and implemented to address any accessibility barriers detected.
The ongoing review is checking, among other things, the following aspects:
Text contrast (9.1.4.3): checking the contrast between text and background.
Text resizing (9.1.4.4): verifying that content can be enlarged up to 200% without loss of functionality or information.
Non-text contrast (9.1.4.11): reviewing the contrast of graphic elements and non-text controls.
Language of page (9.3.1.1): validating the correct identification of the site’s primary language.
Name, role, and value (9.4.1.2): reviewing the semantic accessibility of custom components and their correct interpretation by assistive technologies.
Preparation of the Statement
This statement was prepared on September 28, 2026.
The method used to prepare it consisted of an automated accessibility review conducted by Everycode S.L. September 28, 2026.
The statement will be updated as the website review and adjustment process progresses.
Reference regulations and standards
The website accessibility review is based on the criteria established in Royal Decree 193/2023 of March 21, in conjunction with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of September 7, as well as the UNE-EN 301549:2022 standard (equivalent to EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (2021-03)).
Additionally, where applicable due to the nature of the services offered, the requirements established in Law 11/2023 of May 8 regarding the accessibility of certain products and services will be taken into account.
