Moventia supports the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation (FEM) under a partnership agreement to ensure and improve long-term care for people with multiple sclerosis.

Moventia helps the charity organisation raise funds to pay for the travel costs of people involved in this project so they can visit homes all over Catalonia. These carers support people with the disease by providing medical assistance, therapy and physiotherapy, among other services.

Our contribution enabled 98 people with mobility issues caused by the disease to receive home care services under the ATDOM project in 2022.

The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation (FEM) (which has been helping people for nearly 35 years) seeks to raise public awareness and collect donations for investment in medical research aimed at reducing the impact of this disease while improving quality of life for those who live with it.

Moventia is also supporting the foundation’s Take the Plunge for Multiple Sclerosis charity campaign for another year. As part of its 30th anniversary, swimming pool users in Catalonia will be supporting the foundation on 9 July via a moving gesture to raise awareness about the disease, demonstrating their support for all those people who live with it.

Moventia believes it is very important to highlight initiatives that support people with serious diseases and to promote research.
